How to Apply

Application Process

Fill out the application form below and submit. Applications received are reviewed at the next Board meeting and you will be notified if successful in your grant application. Applications are open on an ongoing basis. If you apply for a significant amount ($5,000+), you may be requested to come to a meeting to present your request in person.

How soon will I hear about my donation request?

Applications are reviewed at the next scheduled Board meeting and you be notified shortly afterwards if your request is approved. Generally, Board meeting are every 1-3 months.

Please allow sufficient time for requests to be processed prior to your event date. Funds may be limited and will be dispersed at the discretion of the Board.
